Anticipatory Bereavement and Grief I offer short-term counseling and coaching services for individuals and families whose pets are dealing with life-threatening conditions or who have passed away. It is often a life-changing experience to cope with the loss or ill health of our beloved pets. It is perfectly normal to worry, grieve, and to grieve heavily. Often, people blame themselves for not doing enough, or making a decision too late or too soon. This is part of the whole process of grieving.
For Individuals Who Are Working With New Animal Behavior Programs
I am not a trainer or animal behaviorist, but I am skilled in helping individuals and families develop skills to manage the emotional upheaval and interpersonal conflicts that can come up when implementing new behavior programs that affect your relationship with your pet. A basic thing to remember: when individuals, couples, and families add new behavior rules and new ways of relating to their pets and each other, it can shake up everyone.
It's normal, it's hard to get it right! It's not only your pet who is learning new things, you are too!
