I have enjoyed a satisfying career working in many non-profit human services agencies, in academia, and as a private practice therapist. Since the beginning of my career, which started with a volunteer crisis counselor position at age 19 (!), I have valued the lessons taught by working with clients, colleagues, and communities, and through my own lived experiences. I weave these lessons into the many trainings I have offered over the last several decades.
